Main Parts

Die plate

- Fast open type die plate

Material: 38CrMoAlA with nitrify heat treatment.

Exchangeable die plate: diameter 4 mm, 2hloes. 3,5,9,13,17.

With fast open design: need stop the machine 2 minutes for changing the filter.

With heater.

 

- Extrusion die plate (Must be used with plate screen changer)

Material: 38CrMoAlA,with nitrify heat-treatment.

Exchangeable die plate: diameter 4 mm, 2hloes. 3,5,9,13,15,17, 21, 25, 27.31.

With heating.

 

Cooling bath

Body material: stainless steel.

With wheels for moving conveniently.

Strand guider material: nylon.

Dimension: length 2 m, width: 300mm, depth: 300mm.

Dimension: length 3 m, width: 300mm, depth: 300mm.

Dimension: length 4 m, width: 400mm, depth: 350mm.

Dimension: length 5 m, width: 400mm, depth: 350mm.

Dimension: length 6 m, width: 450mm, depth: 400mm.

 

Water wiper

- Blowing type water wiper

Fan power: 0.75KW, 1.5KW, 3KW.

All the water will be removed.

All the parts touching with material is made of stainless steel.

 

- Vacuum type water wiper

Fan power: 1.5KW. 2.2KW, 3KW.

All the water will be removed and stored in one stainless steel tank.

All the parts touching with material is made of stainless steel.
