The rope enters the pelletizer automatically under the action of the water flow, even when the rope breaks during filter changes. As a result, there is virtually no waste in the production process.

UnderWater Strand Pelletizing System
The system consists of a die head, a cooling water channel, a pelletizer and a centrifugal dewatering machine, which are combined with a peripheral cooling water system.
The plastic material is melted by the extruder and discharged from the die head in the form of round strips. The operator operates the unique cooling water channel to receive the water tray, which receives the plastic round strips and allows the cooling water to be rinsed into the pelletizer.
The system is suitable for hard plastics and is easy to operate and highly efficient. The plastic strips are automatically fed into the pelletizer by the water stream and even when the strips break, the pelletizing process is still maintained.
Mainly used for PET, PA, PC and other plastics.
