GSmach is a professional laboratory twin screw extruder manufacturer.

The laboratory extruder is designed for trial or entry level users, or for small scale production of masterbatches and some additive masterbatches. The modular design makes it very flexible for different formulations.

Filler Masterbatch

Filler Masterbatch

The filler MB is a concentrate of CaCO3 or Talc or BaSO4 in a polymer matrix. It can be used in applications such as injection moulding, blow moulding, films (single or multi-layer), sheets and tapes.

Compounding

Color Masterbatch

Single colour masterbatches or SPC (Single Pigment Concentrate), custom masterbatches, bespoke masterbatches. GSmach has the experience to help you produce high quality masterbatches.

Additive Masterbatch

Additive masterbatches have many applications. Any plastic product requires at least two types of additive. It can change the physical or chemical properties. For example, flame retardancy, thermal stability or weather resistance.

Direct Extrusion

Direct Extrusion

All raw materials, such as polymers, fillers and additives, are mixed or split fed, reacted and degreased in a high-speed twin-screw extruder and made directly into a final product such as sheet/film, bypassing pelletizing.

Polymer Compounding

GSmach also offers large extruders for polyolefin compounding: polymer powders are pre-mixed with additives and then made into pellets with a capacity of up to 10 tonnes/hour. Our deliveries range from feeders to storage silos.

Machine Design
Our compact laboratory twin-screw extruder integrates the mechanical and electrical parts, which follows the plug-in concept.

To facilitate data acquisition we have used a number of sensors on the machine and have retained additional interfaces and I/O designs that can be utilised in the future. You have a large range in terms of screw geometry and screw speed.

Control System
The control system can be on-site and off-site. Our experts can diagnose your machine via the Internet module. From push-button panels to industrial computers, we can tailor a control system to your specific requirements and budget.

Application
Applications for our laboratory twin-screw extruders include compounding, direct extrusion, degassing (degreasing) and reactive extrusion.

They can be used for continuous extrusion processes for stimulating batch samples, new material research, new process development and small batch production.
