Basic formula

  1. EVA base material: EVA, rosin, wax, stabiliser and additives
  2. TPU base material: TPU (main) + other polymers (ABS/GPPS/EVA) + additives


Hot melt adhesive for car window, shoes, book and others.



Depending on the viscosity of the melting material, two processes are available:


1) If the viscosity of the material is less than 4000 CPS, it is best to use a drop distiller system. The same system can be used for any additive material with a melting temperature below 100 degrees, e.g. waxes, additives.


Distributor -> belt cooling system -> bucket elevator -> packaging system

2) If the viscosity of the raw material exceeds 4000 CPS, an underwater pelletizing system is preferable.


Feed -> Feed -> Twin Screw Mixing -> Melt Filter -> Melt Pump -> Underwater Pelletizer -> Dewatering -> Classifier -> Conveying and Storage

PVC Compounding
GSmach has delivered over 100 extruders for PVC compounding.PVC is durable, cheap and easy to process. Before PVC can be made into a finished product, it always needs to be converted into a compound by adding additives (but not necessarily all of the following) such as heat stabilisers, UV stabilisers, plasticisers, processing aids, impact modifiers, thermal modifiers, fillers, flame retardants, fungicides, foaming agents and smoke suppressants and, optionally, pigments.Various processes are used to form PVC compounds: extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, calendering, spreading and coating.
